On Bayan DSL

Dear Bayan Telecommunications,

Thank you for keeping me out of the internet for three whole weeks. Seriously, though, I'd understand the situation if it weren't for you promising the day I applied for transfer that you'd be able to connect within three to five days. I used to have such positive outlook on your company. Now I rank you just above PLDT.

And now you want to charge me for the last month of the service I didn't get just to disconnect? Sorry, but you're just going to get ignored as you have ignored me.

Here's hoping that other subscribers won't ever feel the pains that I had during the past few weeks.
